App would be very useful except it requires a credit card for verification. Really? A free app? So reluctantly I tried 2 different credit cards. Both were rejected because they were the wrong "type"! Really (part 2)? A Visa and American Express? I wasn't about to try my 3rd card as it was the main one we were traveling with. Seems like a good way to harvest credit card numbers to me.

Hi Robert, we certainly don’t require any sort of credit card verification. We wonder if this might have been a malicious banner ad. Did you happen to get a screenshot of it by any chance? We will try to track it down and report it to Google.

I like this app so much except one flaw that drives me nuts: every time when I switched back to TripView after using other apps while TripView staying in the background for like 3+ minutes, the results that I searched earlier gone missing. I need to type the "from station" & "to station" again to check the train arriving time and platform. Hope this can be improved.

This is a limitation of the lite version of the app. It doesn't save trips, but it will retain them for a grace period of a few minutes if you are just switching between apps. If you would like to save trips for longer than this, the full version will save them indefinitely. There is a link to the full version on the About page.

Often a temporary diversion can cause this (e.g. if the bus is timetabled to stop at a different destination stop). If that’s not the case, are you able to share the exact source & destination stops you are using? If you get in touch via support@tripview.com.au we can take a look.

What's new

- Added support for showing the route line for added services
- Fixed a bug in replacement transposition processing where the original untransposed service was not being removed in some cases.
