The app helps Go365 members find a path to a healthier lifestyle. It features a personalized system that inspires, supports and rewards members for taking steps to improve and continue health behavior—and it rewards members along the way. It's fun, easy and intuitive, whether you're a fitness buff, you're just starting to get active or you're working to lose a few pounds.

In the app:

• Connect the Go365 App to your Apple Health, Samsung Health or other fitness apps and devices to track your data.

• Take the Go365 Health Assessment for insight into your health and habits. Then, choose how to get started from a variety of activities, which help you earn rewards.

• Want to step it up? Engage in some healthy competition—solo or on a team—with Challenges.

• After all your hard work, use your rewards to treat yourself in the Go365 Mall.

i have enjoyed the app so far. it is fun earning points working toward my goal of an item in the store. however, the "challenges" page on the app crashes *all* the time!! i can not check my progress without it crashing and having to start over. this is horribly annoying! if they would fix this issue i would give them 5 stars easily (that is how often and annoying the crashes are).

Been with Humana for three years. This app is required for my plan. It is the most unreliable app of any type I've ever had. It's adequate when it works but... Crashes frequently, fails to upload/update info, doesn't always connect, shuts down unexpectedly, etc.. I'm sorry to be so negative but it's frustrating. Good luck.

I keep getting "New Device" error every time I try to log in. I have to get a code sent to my email EVERY time. Was hope last update would fix this, but it didn't. Even if I log in from the same WiFi and device, I still get the error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing seems to fix it. PLEASE HELP! It's so aggravating. 😖🤪

This can certainly be a frustrating experience and for that we truly apologize. Can you try the following: 1. Navigate to www.Go365.com 2. Add mobile phone as Security Phone number 3. Change Account Security Contact method to “Text message”. This will allow quicker for a quicker resolution.
