This app absolutely SUCKS! It is so damn frustrating! I cannot get it to accept my user name and password. What is going on?! I get all the way to changing my password, submit it, and "oops! we are experiencing a technical issue on our end" error message every single time! And this is why I will NEVER switch from Walgreens to this joke of an online pharmacy!

This app is Tarrable. It freezes up constantly. It does Not recognize me. It keeps asking for my username and password. It won't accept what I have been using. I have to go through the ENTIRE process of making a New Username and password. THEN after 10 minutes "We are having difficulty on our end. Try again later" This is a waste of time. When I call customer service. the people who answer the phones sound like English is their 3rd language. Most of the time they are Absolutely NO help. HORRIBLE

App is useless. I sign in and it just tells me the info I need isn't live yet and sends me to their site. It does nothing. and if you have an issue, good luck finding a contact that isn't some random person working from home with their smoke detector going off in the background and them half even listening over whatever TV show is clearly playing in the background. I am embarrassed for them.
