Ratings and reviews

If there's an app problem that won't upload vaccine records, it will tell you to use the app to fix it. Actual rewards aren't real rewards. The gift cards come with so many limitations on their use that they're useless on practically everything. Examples: can't be used to put gas in your car and can't be used to purchase batteries for hearing aids. It's understandable to block purchases of tobacco and alcohol, but the excessive restrictions make the rewards pointless.

App is not very useful at all. There's not much you can do on the app, and the rewards are pretty much useless as well. Other programs have gift cards that are useful, such as fuel cards, Amazon cards, and Walmart cards that are not restricted to certain items. I'm tempted to switch plans because of this.

The app tells absolutely nothing. It's a waste of time. Can't find dentist. Can't find eye doctor. They say I have coverage but they evidently offer this but have no medical providers. Every place I call does not take this coverage
