It is FREAKING AMAZING... except when it isn't. It's stable about 80% of the time, which is honestly better than apps like the xbox app or cvs. But, it could honestly use some stability work. Sometimes, it simply forgets user data, and others, it takes quite a bit of time longer than other apps to load content. Then, there's the wellness check reward issue, but maybe at some point, they'll get it fixed. But, it's a bit better than 3 stars. Maybe 3.5? Rounded up to 4 stars.

If there's an app problem that won't upload vaccine records, it will tell you to use the app to fix it. Actual rewards aren't real rewards. The gift cards come with so many limitations on their use that they're useless on practically everything. Examples: can't be used to put gas in your car and can't be used to purchase batteries for hearing aids. It's understandable to block purchases of tobacco and alcohol, but the excessive restrictions make the rewards pointless.

I've had more problems with this app that I care to admit. Although there are friendly phone staff customer service relations doesn't have an idea of how after they've helped I get off the phone and it's back to square one more problems. I've been on customer care phone line for hours and days on end on different issues about their site and nobody seems to care about their easiness of using their program although I've had many surveys sent back to my phone. But their app is frankly hard to work
