Go365 for Humana Healthy Horizons is a wellness and rewards program that helps members lead healthier lives.

Members can:
• Earn rewards by visiting the doctor, working with coaches, and more
•. Get help with health goals like weight loss, smoking or stress
• Redeem rewards for gift cards to CVS, Walmart and more

Ratings and reviews

You can redeem your rewards dollars for stuff, but it'll take 3 days. You can see your order history also, in case you were worried about where you spent your $5 reward. Big whoop! This app does NOT allow you to see what activities you've actually been rewarded for. It does NOT allow you to submit a claim, and it does NOT tell you if there is an open claim in process to be awarded. And there's nowhere else to do any of that (like the website). Add Steam gift cards.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who keeps experiencing the app not working. this is a new phone there's no reason for it to be so glitchy. it's almost impossible to log into because it keeps you jumping to the Google browser and then when it ask for a passcode it just stays on the same page. so frustrating, using the online version is easier

This app WAS amazing, but over the past couple months it's become completely unusable! A majority of the time I can't even access the log in screen without the app totally glitching out. The few times that I have been able to log in, it says that my password is wrong (which I KNOW it isn't) and I've had to change my password for no reason! Fix the app, please!
