After a few years, still majority are feeling disappoint on KFC app. Please properly hire an app and software developer. I will use the app again until it has improve. Another thing, please add a feature that i can edit and change my email address. I already used my new email, but i cannot change on the Profil. Please add this feature. OK BYE.

Stupid design, make a delivery order so difficult. If order <15, it will force us to add other items to the cart because it can exempt the delivery fee. I want to proceed with order <15 also cannot, please respect my choice to pay the delivery fee!!!

I want to order chicken (lunch menu) but the app says that I choose from the breakfast menu.. I tried to order other food but the same thing happened. Basically there is not even 1 item that I can order from the apps.. I want to upload a picture as evidence, "Choose File" also don't work.. It seems that there is not a single thing that is working with this app. ps : it's been about 2 months already this things happen.. The feedback form also doesn't work.. 😮‍💨🤨😤😡🤬
