I am satisfied with this app I do purchase quite a bit of lottery through the state of Maine so it's great to be able to get something in return for losing tickets. The only complaint I have is the updates and how long it takes for the phone to update. It's an inconvenience at times and also says the webpage is unavailable.

Check your tickets manually. There is some condition when scanning multiple tickets where the status is not updated and there is no error. I have seen this several times over the last couple years where the ticket had won a dollar or two but scanning results in "not a winner" if the previous ticket had that result. Definitely a serious problem.

I was scanning scratch tickets for entry points but when I started going through the holiday tickets, the tickets were not recognized. I continued to scan a few different types of holiday tickets when I was greeted with this: "You have been locked out for too many incorrect code entries. You may try again in 24 hours. If after 24 hours you continue to see this message it means you have been permanently locked out for too many incorrect code entries." Horrible app. Would never recommend.
