Have always used moneygram to transfer and has usually been smooth and seamless. However the transaction I have done on 18/9/24 is still on the move. The agents said that it will take time.. But now, the app isn't opening neither their websites!!! Moneygram, get back to me!! Very upset about it since my last experience.... I wonder what's happening

Frequent bugs=more crashes. When it does choose to work, it says that I've entered the wrong details. I know my details! Fix it or I will be uninstalling one last time with no resurrection. Edit: Decided to give it one more go and is still having issues. I've used the same card for months and now it can't be verified after a few tries. Was an okay app, but I guess I've gotta do it the old-fashioned way. I was trying to avoid people.

Most reliable been using it for years but since last week could not log in on the app or website now being able to log in .The new feature check rates is absolute rubbish cause it does not match when you log in and then try and send money and this is instant (not few hours later or next day of checking ) even the trying to send money to people I have before error message keeps coming up "We are sorry Something has gone wrong at our end and you'll need to try again ". Have tried multiple times 😒
