Ratings and reviews

Totally ruined the app experience after the latest update .The feeds lack clarity , interface is no longer user friendly, the issues are endless. Feels like some primitive/backdated update was pushed. Absolutely pathetic the app experience is now . What's the whole point in shelling out money if quality is getting compromised! Either restore the app to previous version until you guys launch a stable version which is in anyway of slightest improvement OR advice a working solution.

New version of Cp Plus playback is not working properly. Video is getting disconnected very frequently while playing the playback. Also, video is keep going to 00:00 hours most of the times while trying to select the time for playback. Usage of Playback has become tedious task in the new version of Cp plus. There is no option to select the time frame for playback. To select the time using dragger, we have to wait till all the video is loaded and video keep disconnects frequently.

This app needs total facelift.. Hardware they provide is rock solid, but this app provide doesn't justify the quality of the equipments. as of now, for live streaming purpose only it becomes handy. Other features like Playback, highlighting the moments, motion filter, all filled with bugs here and there. there's lots of bugs and more room for improvement, as of now my experience is not that much smooth. let's hope for better update with bug fixes and interface improvment..
