Better but not great. Improved over Lorex Cloud, but playback is still clunky. Notifications include time stamp, so this completely breaks the "snooze" function as every instance is a new notification that hasn't been snoozed. Also, when offline, events that happened while offline are not synched and do not show, even if refreshed. Motion detection " zones" are still not functional properly. No adjustment for recording duration for notifications.

Works, more or less...but it's just a neutered version of Dahua DMSS (like most of Lorex products, deprecated Dahua). Not sure what the "pro" part is, as it's even less functional than Lorex cloud (which is not great but works). This is the only app that works with some lorex NVRs if you want P2P remote access. Also, notifications & motion detection are obtuse to access, like other functions. Not surprisingly, this app inherits many of the DMSS app quirks - so it looks familiar to me.

This app is absolute junk. You'd think a huge corporation like Lorex could do so so much better. They sell you the cameras but not a quality app to use them effectively. I have a large system and was recently encouraged by Lorex to transition to the Lorex Pro app. So many regrets. It's simply a nightmare to use. You have to constantly reload every camera individually to view, if you can actually get them to view. What clown was hired to develop this app?
