"I’ve been using Uber Eats for a while now, and it’s been nothing but a great experience every time! The app is super easy to use, and I love how quick and convenient it is to get my food delivered right to my door. The delivery drivers are always on time—I've never had any delays or issues with my orders. The food always arrives hot and fresh, exactly as I ordered it. Literally the best service! Someone called to inform me about the order that is delayed due to technical issues. That alone was the only thing I needed. Guess how many minutes delayed? Just 10 minutes! The total time I waited for the delivery was actually 25 minutes. They have good communication skills and the drivers are all so nice and professional. To add on, the driver actually arrived in 7minutes after they called me to inform about the order. I am very impresssed. Really!!!

The app is usually great, nice selection and lots of deals. However it does not notify me as it used to, I.e the driver has arrived. I have to refresh the app multiple times to update and confirm where my order is.
