the app crash and cannot load anything. even the one token is deactivated for some reason, which means no more online payment use - have to uninstall and reinstall app, wait 48h for a one token activation call and then wait for another 12 h cooling off period to re-access the app - happened TWICE IN 2 WEEKS TIME. so ridiculous - no banking transaction for 36h because of the app glitch. This standard of banking app is totally shameful and unacceptable.

I wonder if the developer of this app reads the reviews. Not even a simple acknowledgement to assure the users' issues are being addressed. Well, I do have an issue regarding the log in. Must type in ID & password at log in which is time consuming. Why don't they follow other banks & revert back to using 6-number PIN?

Account number is invalid? I don't think I am the only one who experienced this. I tried both the apps and web browser unfortunately I still cannot make my funds transfer. Very bad experience!
