The app has always routinely refuses to allow me to login, but in the past it cleared up after a day or two. Now I've been locked out for at least a week or two. It throws up an error that just says error and indicates some html with "403 forbidden" embedded in it. I've tried everything I can think of including uninstalling and reinstalling, but it just keeps telling me no

10-07-2024 Well, before this recent update, I would have given it 5 stars, but now I can't even open it. It keeps crashing and yes, I have tried the Uninstall and then Reinstall, but nothing works.I have tried that method multiple times and even at different times, but still nothing. Please fix so that I can give you 5 stars. 11-11-2024 Update: Thank you for fixing the problem. As of right now I'm able to get back on the app without any problems. Thank you again.

Won't let me login with my Biometrics. I get an error message telling me to register my account and Biometrics. I've had this account for years. It has always worked, until a few days ago. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no better luck. I login with username and password and "enable touch ID" and "Enable Fast Balance". But they disable immediately upon logging out.
