I heard online you could load funds on this app with a credit card, which is not the case. Trying to cancel service was VERY difficult. I had not even loaded funds or made purchases, and I had to ask permission to close my account. The is a form on their site, but when I did that I was told I had to do it via email. It took five emails to finally get closed. Total nightmare!

I opened this account kinda by accident. I was enticed by the bonus, the bonus is legit, it's just not free money, it's trading credit. I'm not a futures trader. This is my first adventure in futures. In spite of some dumb mistakes I've more than doubled my initial deposit. Twice. Another mistake and I'm still up over double. 2 withdrawal requests, both approved and pending at my bank. Started this account 4 weeks ago, 1st trade last week. Any gripes I have are bc of my own inexperience

It's a rip-off!! They sent an email saying your margin level is getting low and right when I opened the app, they closed my position. I got 2 emails back to back at 10:31. One to take action and the other saying they closed position. They did it so fast that I didn't have time to do anything. Wouldn't waste your time or money on this app. I know I won't get refunded for what they did. They steal people's money!
