When it works is fine. It breaks down often with unhelpful error messages. Like trying to login and saying: we seem to have issues at the moment try again later. Old versions don't have backwards compatibility. You have to search for app updates manually when things don't work. The app doesn't show any indication why auth or other features fail.

I've been using Revolut for some years and had no complaints. However, I just got a warning that they need some information within 21 days or my account will be limited, BUT without saying what. Now, I can't find any way to contact them to see what the information is that they need. I will review this again if someone gets in touch. I tried to contact the help service, quoting the reference. No response so far. The instructions to access the in app chat do not relate to the current options.

App is fine usually, but currently shocking for those that have multiple business accounts. Support were really unhelpful the first time and thought it is acceptable to uninstall the whole app each time you want to log into a different business account. The second time I contacted support to see if there was anything I could do, they didn't listen to my issue and threw the rule book at me. Result is I am moving my accounts to Monzo instead.
