Ratings and reviews

The prices are low but the delivery guarantee system is awful. I had been waiting all day for my package, which I required in order to cook dinner. My item was delivered the following day around midday, and I checked the guarantee system, which states that if no attempt to deliver is made by the due date a voucher is issued. I received no such voucher, nor was there an option to request one. I contacted customer services and they did not help.

Hamg hang hang hang. App is adding unusable vouchers automatically in cart which makes it show wrong price on products in the cart. Android Back-Button (bottom of the screen) is not working most of the time. Cannot exit app. Back-button is in top left corner, away from finger. When looking at SIMILAR ITEMS, the first 2 are not clickable. CHAT-support in app only. Cannot report errors on PC. Always forced to use the app which have tiny fonts, cannot mark text which means it cannot be translated.

The app has become an optimisation nightmare. Inactive pages are not killed and cumulatively add up RAM/processing power, causing the app to frequently freeze and crash. The only solutions are to press the back button, all the way to the homepage, or restart the app entirely. The UI is intrusive; popups (especially the LIVE PiP that you can't opt-out) and a gazillion icons that are distracting. Sales have recently become underwhelming, offering only 10% - 15% discounts. Platinum perks worthless.
