I would request all my friends not to download this application. It's the worst application because the customer service is absolutely terrible. They will call you when they are giving you a loan, but after the loan is disbursed, if you have any issues, you will have a very hard time contacting them. They will deduct interest arbitrarily, and if there is any problem, it will take them ages to provide a solution.And most importantly, they don't have any customer care number.

don't go with a loan against mf It looks easy but they tie up with bajaj scammers Their process and condition is always looting money if above 50k loan please visit any good bank don't prefer apps like this small case doesn't have any control said by the support team. be careful while applying for a loan

Subscribed for ~1.5 years and faced consistent losses. Now I’m not even allowed to exit/sell my holdings because the subscription ended. Blocking exit unless I pay again is completely unfair. Very disappointing experience.
