I try not to write negative reviews if there are other ways to reach a service but boy has the experience with this app and the overall service been incomprehensibly exhaustive... The app fails in every way possible (location information, tracking, pick-up estimations, communication experience, etc.) but, disappointingly, it doesn't help that majority of the drivers go on about pick-ups/drop-offs willy-nilly, don't communicate, and leave you in need to find another option last-minute.

This app is AWFUL. GPS is never accurate. The expected time to arrive is also never accurate. The app the drivers use doesn't calculate optimal routes for pickups and drop-offs and instead uses a simple queue. So if 10 riders ask for a ride near where the circuit currently is, you'll be waiting for a long time. Everything about this system is poorly designed smd implemented. No wonder they have a hard time getting contracts. The service sucks. But at least it's free...

This is an amazing service! I seriously hope every city I visit has something like this in it. The drivers are really cool and informative about the location they operate in and know the best places to go. And the best part is that it's free! (Or at a very discounted cost in some cities). It takes the stress out of having to drive in a new unfamiliar location and it doesn't hurt your pocketbook at all. I definitely recommend using the circuit app to anyone
