A literal nightmare. Worst decision made to buy Microsoft 365 Basic. It totally messed up my Outlook, froze my photos after downloading them so I can no longer save photos, Chat service is useless in helping fix what was messed up. At a loss of what to do...constant reminds and deadline to fix but it only wants me to buy more stuff. Never again!

seems to be a fraudulent entity!! I'd be super cautious of downloading this.. I discovered I was being charged 9.99$ for "more cloud storage"!! I don't recall ever downloading this app, much less given them permission to set up auto pay of 9.99$ per month from my account!! can't open the app because it's not an option!! the only options are to uninstall and enable.. I'm hesitant to even do, but given the fact there doesn't seem to be another way to access it..by the sounds of it they're fake

I don't know why it has 5 stars if it's an app to steal information, and the worst part is that Google continues to offer it. My email was stolen and I received messages seemingly from Google to change my passwords, including a phone agent, but now I know it was all fake.
