App is fine, service is bad. Supermax Roam in-flight is a joke. Good luck connecting and if you do, don't expect anything higher than dialup. Was on a 4 hour flight this past weekend and only managed to use 40mb. And most of that was trying to get into apps to try and use them. On the ground is fine for roaming, but if you were planning to use it for in-flight, you're just wasting your $$$

While installing the phone call app I was misled to a geolocator app which costs $49 per month in subscription! I had to uninstall but don't know if I had cancelled the subscription. There's no way to tell. More importantly even with the re-installed phone call app I am still unable to make calls to landlines or mobile phones. My phone is VoLTE supported.

Unable to top up balance via the app. OTP does not function. Have to go to website to make payment; Updates only received via email. Process is old school. Back to basics by using SMS Text (1218) to check balance, roaming, etc. Connection unstable locally and in neighboring cities. Email support to get anything rectified, may take 1-3 days to reply. Download Simba Voice App to make calls to or from Singapore for free.
