Your application keeps crashing. Why the company cannot fix it even thought I myself brought this issue twice to the attention of the costumer service employee??????

Disappointed The worst customer service you'll ever encounter. Just slow dumb and rude. PS I already switched to another telecommunication provider.

I have the worest experience ever. They decrease the line validity without informing me. Also, I had 4 phone lines registered in the app. Yesterday morning, they asked me to login or create new account. I had created new account and lost all the previous data. I preferred to uninstall the app rather arguing them. I really think to switch, but all the others are similar, I guess 🙃
