Decent app, simple easy to use, and good bank for saving. My one complaint is that sometimes I can't make international purchases, the card gets rejected. Happens more often than is forgivable, this is supposed to function as a Visa. Edit: Since the addition of a virtual card (which is a very nice option, btw🤌) I don't have problems with international purchases when I use that specific virtual card.

First install it does not work. You have to clear cache and data before it works. This is on a premium one year old phone. A day later and it does not recognize my login pin or fingerprint anymore. Uninstall, re-install and the app stops working again. Support is not very good either, poor customer interaction. No chat or email support either. Just phone numbers.

I had downloaded the app on a 4 year old phone(A71). App never allowed access and just gave an error code. Month later I got a new phone (ZFlip5) thinking can't possibly give issues. I was right, for the first 2 days. Fingerprint stopped working and didn't allow pin entry with same error code appearing. Technical support was friendly but reinstalling it is the only advise, which doesn't work anyway. Quite frustrating 😔
