Wish it generated more diverse workouts. It seems it comes up with similar routines and exercises and doesn't utilize all of the available equipment I have access to. I've changed up the settings multiple ways but it still doesn't generate well. My favorite routines are the ones I've come up with myself. I love that I can save and edit them and that it shows me how to do certain exercises I'm unfamiliar with. Even so, I would recommend this app to everyone. It's been a great help!

Works great. I like the variety of workouts & the ability to build my own. I wish there were a little more detailed functionality on choosing / limiting exercises & equipment, & there might be with the paid version. But this is great for giving me something to do when I don't have a pre-planned training workout. It's also helpful to scroll through a few workouts for ideas, then build one yourself.

More than adequate for athletes with brain fatigue deciding what to do! We know most wods are less than 20min so this app is no different. Put in the equipment you have access to that day and the skills you have and hit the go button. Got a fav? Input it or tag one of theirs. Traveling all the time, bored at home, between boxes, this is it! It doesn't know how fit you are so adjust the weight accordingly. It doesn't integrate with fitness trackers but it doesn't need to, wear a heart monitor!
