About this app

We've made improvements to the Business Banking app so that now you can see your account balances and transactions

You’ll still need to use the app when you set up on Internet Banking:

• new UK recipients
• new Standing Orders
• new International Payments recipients

For extra convenience and security, you’ll also be able to set up both fingerprint and Face ID log in if your device supports it.

Before you get started…

You’ll need to be a TSB Business Banking customer, registered for Internet Banking and have a device running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or above.


Logging in for the first time

When you use the app for the first time, you’ll need to enter your User ID, password and three characters of your memorable information. You’ll then select one of your registered phone numbers to get a call back or an SMS with a code to activate the app.

Edit: been introduced to feature I didn't know existed absolutely great app thanks for your response. Please please please let me take screenshots of my account how do I prove I've paid a bill if I can't show my end supplier? I'm so confused on the blank out stuff.

Hi Chris, if you tap the transaction you want to prove, you'll now see an option for a PDF receipt towards the bottom of this screen that you can download or share.

Option to change/set up standing orders seems to have disappeared. TSB seem to have confirmed this, a step backwards.

Very basic app. New cheque paying feature doesn't work. So much for the update! Still doesn't work despite updating as advised below. MCD04 error. Aug 23. Still won't work - just crashes now. Apr 24 - Despite many updates, it still doesn't work. App crashes after pressing confirm after taking photos of cheques. Guess I'll just have to drive into town to pay in a cheque.

Hi Steve, I'm sorry to hear you're still having problems with cheque scanning. You could update your device operating system to Android 14, check there's sufficient storage space and try again on a stable wifi connection. For more tailored support, please contact our customer support team. Cheques can also be deposited at post offices.

What's new

Our update brings you improvements to its accessibility.

Plus a new design of current account transactions. They’re now arranged by date to make them easier to see and have new features to make them easier to understand. Each transaction has a clear label and a detail page. Just tap to find out more about many transaction types. Save many as pdf receipts too – as proof you’ve paid for something if you ever need it.
