Complained 3x at Sanlam customer services about app. It's super slow, stalls all the time, does not open the required information, etc. Last time I complained, Rashieda from Sanlam phoned me & said I must try uninstalling the app, then reinstalling it. I did that and it's even worse than before. Of all the financial apps I am using, this one is by far the worst. Update on 3 Sep 24: Still no change. ZERO customer focus. App is worse than ever. Stalls, does not open. Update 8 Sep 25: Bad to worse!

poor experience. struggeling to get where I want after the update and when I press back, it goes out of the app and I have to log in again
