The app hardly works, same with the website. When I try to open the app, I get the splash screen and then it freezes. Then, I get a notification saying the app isnt responding and do I want to force stop or wait. Very frustrating. With fedex being such a large, well-known and used company, you'd think their app/website would work, but no.

COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. APP BLOCKS ME FROM USING IT. Upon launch the app claims my device is rooted and says my access has been revoked. My device is not rooted. Stock Pixel 8 Pro. Ridiculous! Taking my business elsewhere! Before this, app was barely usable anyway, incredibly slow and unreliable with constant crashes. You will be much better off using a third-party tracking app. Frequently, all packages disappear from the app. It also constantly logs you out.

It was already bad because it didn't always register all of my incoming deliveries. Now it's useless for me, because it's no longer compatible with my phone after the recent update. Really bad timing. I'm expecting an extremely important package tomorrow, and have no way to update the delivery preferences with my building's security code, or set a hold preference.
