Create a domestic and international shipping label, track shipment status and manage your packages wherever you are with the FedEx Mobile app. Use the app to get quick rates, find a pickup or drop off location, scan bar codes, and view rewards. Enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager® to customize when and where you wish to receive your packages.

COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. APP BLOCKS ME FROM USING IT. Upon launch the app claims my device is rooted and says my access has been revoked. My device is not rooted. Stock Pixel 8 Pro. Ridiculous! Taking my business elsewhere! Before this, app was barely usable anyway, incredibly slow and unreliable with constant crashes. You will be much better off using a third-party tracking app. Frequently, all packages disappear from the app. It also constantly logs you out.

This app has so many issues. Most of the time, my shipments are not showing. I cannot change the notifications to "push" and get a notification every hour via email that the package will be delivered for three hours straight. When I try to track said package in the app, it says "you do not have any deliveries to track."

Hi FedEx. your app is garbage. I've been stuck on the splash screen for 8 minutes. Your shipping services are abysmal. out of the last 3 packages I've received through you 2 were late by several days and the third went missing. in the same time period UPS and USPS have delivered a dozen packages early. I can't recall a single positive experience with your company in the last decade. The broken app is just a nice aperitif to accent it all.
