La experiencia maravillosa,pero las indicaciones de boocking de como llegar al destino,nefastas,no valen están equivocadas y te pierden,no te llevan al lugar,no son de fiar,mejor fiarse de las que te mandan los encargados del alojamiento,esas si son validas,y el personal maravillosos,y el lugar precioso,el alojamiento muy comodo y confortable,y las vistas y el paisaje es otro mundo,lo recomiendo totalmente

Me encantaba la app hasta que probé lo de Igualamos El Precio. Es una farsa total. Cogí el hotel por Booking en vez de hacerlo directamente con el hotel. Booking me dijo que al terminar la estaría me devolverían la diferencia a mi cuenta. He enviado varios correos y siempre me dicen que ha habido un error de sistema y que por eso no había procesado. Es una mentira. Si veis la habitación más barata por otra plataforma no uséis Booking ya que no devuelven el dinero.

Hace años que la uso y jamás tuve un problema. Es más, nos ha resultado una herramienta que nos facilita organizar vacaciones. Lo único a mejorar seria como denunciar alojamientos publicados que no responden. Nos pasó con una reserva que Booking confirmó estadía, pero los dueños no respondieron jamas a celular o mail. Eso no te garantiza que te esperen, y en ese caso puntual debí cancelar y buscar otro. Es importante que respondan los responsables de los alojamientos publicados.
