Lo peor.No solo no me han ayudado con un problema de reserva hecha por error en la fecha que no era, sino que han desaparecido todas las conversaciones de "atención al cliente" donde se me decía que me iban a cambiar la fecha de reserva . Por supuesto me cobran la estancia que no he ocupado. Habiendo avisado al instante del error.Una vergüenza. Sobre todo por tomarme el pelo.Es imposible ponerse en contacto con ellos de forma real y efectiva. DESPUES DE VUESTRA RESPUESTA, CONFIRMO: VERGONZOSO

NUNCA COMPRES UN HOTEL a través de esta app. Yo hice todo a través de ellos. Me vendieron el paquete completo vuelos ida y regreso y hotel. Basura. Venden los vuelos por encima de si capacidad, nos tocó quedarnos unas 11 personas, perdí un día de hotel y al llamarlos a ellos me dijeron que todo estaba resuelto, llegue al hotel y todo era mentiras, no pueden hacer nada por ellos son INTERMEDIARIOS. MI RECOMENDACIÓN: Compren todo fuera de la app, al menos los hoteles directamente al hotel.

CUIDADO CON BOOKING. Un familiar reservó habitación que fue confirmada por booking. Días después el hotel canceló la reserva supuestamente por cierre del hotel, pero no acreditó. Después de más de 29 mails enviados a Booking dando 1 paso para adelante y 10 para atrás y 3 meses de estar luchando para que acrediten, por segunda vez dan por cerrado el caso. Es una vergüenza y un claro robo. Booking SHAME on you.
