You have to top up fixed money whereas it should be pay as you go.. app wasn't able to turn on the charging point. Started with credit card even if I top up. Started charge at 50 kW when they are selling you a 150 kW.... avoid BP

Impossible to reset password, glitchy app, direct debit only subscription (hello, 2022???), Resuming subscription = a new card. Poor charger maintenance in my area. Do you even think your product through?
