Register for tariff options, top up credit and check included units – simply install the Ortel Mobile App and you're ready to go!
With the Ortel Mobile App, you can keep an eye on all important pieces of information about your Ortel Mobile SIM card.
The app also offers you the following facilities:
✔ View your currently registered tariff options and their remaining units at any time
✔ View detailed information and register for suitable tariff options at any time
✔ Replenish new highspeed volume for your Internet option at the tap of a button
✔ Keep an eye on your current credit at all times
✔ Top up your credit quickly and easily
✔ Check the costs of all connections and transactions
✔ Keep up to date with the latest campaigns and promotions
☆ The app is of course updated regularly to meet your needs. If you are unhappy with our service for whatever reason and feel compelled to give us a poor rating, please first send any errors or suggestions you may have directly to app@ortelmobile.de since we cannot reply directly to criticism and feedback in the comments/reviews. We will then try to find a solution promptly. Thanks in advance!
