Superbes séances! Vraiment utile si vous voulez relaxer. Cependant, il me semble qu'il y avait une section communauté, mais qu'elle a été retiré, car je me souviens que mon drapeau en image de profil n'est plus présent. Je ne sais pas si cette fonctionnalité est retirée où si c'est juste moi. Sinon, très bonne application!

Une application vraiment helpful. les sessions de meditation sont vraiment bien, on sent qu'il s'agit de méthodes actionnables. Je recommande, surtout si vous ne pouvez pas vous permettre d'acheter les packs annuels, il y a plein de cours gratuits.
