Based on her many years of experience in urogynaecological practice and her extensive knowledge of neuroanatomical and physiological principles, the successful surgeon Dr. Haessler to develop the effective therapy FemPulse.FemPulse's mission is to offer non-implanted electrical stimulation (neuromodulation) as first-line treatment for OAB and the additional indications addressed by the FemPulse neuromodulation platform.Patients with an overactive bladder (OAB) constantly have the feeling that they have to go to the toilet, even though there is hardly any fluid in the bladder. The urge to urinate usually comes so suddenly that voiding - urination - cannot be postponed for a moment.
