How are we that fast?

The secrets in the sauce. We have a network of mini stores where our riders (you’ve probably seen them around the city wearing purple) pack your order. Although speed is our mission, safety is key, and one rule we don’t like to bend are those concerning traffic. We’ve always said Getir is nothing without our Getirians and we hope you understand if we arrive a few minutes late. We mean well and want to ensure the safety of our riders.

App per niente trasparente. Ti convince a ordinare con pseudo-sconti ma poi ti frega con spese di consegna e di servizio buttate lì senza spiegarne i criteri (che variano anche in giorni e orari, senza che venga specificato). Gli "sconti sugli ordini successivi" non vengono mai applicati, sono specchietti per le allodole per farti comprare con promesse non mantenute. Infine, ciliegina sulla torta, ho contattato l'assistenza per la problematica ma nessuno si è mai degnato di rispondere.

Non la consiglio. I costi dei prodotti sono più cari dei normali supermercati, inoltre si possono fare solo spese di piccolo volume in quanto se troppo pesanti per i rider non viene permesso di acquistare (non si riesce ad ordinare una cassa di 6 bottiglie d'acqua ad esempio). La varietà di prodotti è anche molto limitata ed ho avuto molte difficoltà ad effettuare la registrazione. Non è un servizio competitivo rispetto alla spesa tradizionale in negozio.

La navigazione sull'app è davvero fluida. Facile e immediato capire dove trovare tutti i prodotti, mai lenta nel caricamento delle varie sezioni. Anche la fase di pagamento e monitoraggio della consegna sono ben fatte, e ho apprezzato il fatto di poter dare una mancia direttamente dall'app al corriere stesso dopo la sua consegna. Oltre a tutto questo, l'assortimento e vario e la promo di benvenuto è davvero strepitosa. I ragazzi che consegnano, veloci e gentili. Davvero un'ottima scoperta!
