I can't verify my account, everytime after taking my face pic, I try to submit my Passport as ID but the app returns to the Home screen! I have contacted the help support days ago, I attached a screen record about the app crash but I still have the problem. On Tuesday they said they'll try to fix the issue but by now unfortunatelly nothing has changed.

I can not acquire the picture of my passport even if the picture is really clear the app ask sgain and again to acquire the picture of the passport, but never accept it.
