Significantly easier to use than HP, by far. 10/10 highly recommend! We replaced a fairly new HP printer with Epson because the HP Smart app was so awful. Because of that, we were nervous about how easy the Epson app would be, but OMG this app is FANTASTIC! Super easy to use the app, easy to configure the kind of print we want the printer to spit out, easy to scan things, easy to manage ink... Just easy, easy, easy. If you're looking at this to decide which printer to buy, this is the one!

After the latest firmware update, this app no longer shows scanning capabilities, and when I try to print from a website, I get "the printer is unavailable" message. Even though both my device and printer are on the same ISP. I restarted the router and uninstalled it, and reinstalled the app. Still no joy. I hate my Epson printer. I have had nothing but trouble with it. Once I get enough money, I am going back to HP!!!!

I can only print a couple pages at a time than I get an error message. This has been happening for months. I need to print hundreds of pages at a time. VERY FRUSTRATING. I love the printer itself. The tankless ink prints 10x more than cartridges. But what good is that if I can't print more than a few pages at a time. It's wasting so much of my time that I DO NOT HAVE
