Crowcery is a grocery receipt scanner that turns your paper receipts into structured spending data.
Available in Canada, in English only. Crowcery reads English-language receipts and is not offered in Quebec.
What it does
• Photo capture: snap a picture of any grocery receipt. Crowcery's AI extracts every line item, price, tax, and total automatically.
• Cross-store price tracking: a price history for every item, so you see where the same thing has been cheapest across your visits to different stores. Decide your next shop with real data, not guesswork.
• Spending insights: per-category, per-store, and per-week breakdowns of your household grocery spend. Find out what's actually driving your monthly bill.
• Edit & correct: every parsed line is yours to confirm or fix. Your corrections are saved and applied to your data.
Built for Canadian grocery shoppers
Tuned profiles for the receipt formats of Real Canadian Superstore, Loblaws, Atlantic Superstore, No Frills, Zehrs, Valu-mart, Sobeys, FreshCo, Safeway, Food Basics, Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart, Costco, Lawtons, Giant Tiger, Dollarama, and Dollar Tree. A generic fallback handles every other store.
Privacy
• Your receipts stay yours. We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
• No ads inside the app.
• You can delete individual receipts or your entire account at any time, from inside the app.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• You choose how long receipt photos are kept: 7 days, 6 months, or as long as your account exists.
Pricing
Free. A paid tier with extended price-history analytics is in development; the core scan + structured-data flow will stay free.
