company archive
There are 4 companies that lead to the employee archive with a click. You can insert your own company and keep the most important data in the archive, you have the possibility to update your data at any time.

Employee Archive
The companies have their own employees and each employee has an associated folder for the wage slips, which are continuously posted and saved in the archive.

Printer function for payslips and payroll account
First select employees, then all payslips are visible in the selection list, which shows the payroll content on the display with a click, the printer and payroll account printer are in the menu for selection.

Insert payslip
There you get employee data form, it includes all possible payment types such as the special payment, types of benefits in kind, overtime, allowances and travel expenses. monthly debit date is created automatically, the monthly payment reference and the number of children have been taken from the employee data and can be updated every month, press OK, the data is inserted in the payslip folder and viewed on the display. When registering during the year or during the billing period, the calculation is calculated for the first payment and the special payments.
