With Super Fitness: Workouts and Training, you can do sports whenever you want, even if you don't have internet. Visuals showing how to do 270 exercises, you can see which muscles are working and what equipment is needed. You can choose exercises according to which muscle group you want to work.

Workout at Home with Super Fitness. If you don't have the equipment, no problem! Exercises without equipment are available at Super Fitness. Also, if you have dumbbells, you can do more exercises with dumbbell exercises.
You can request exercises that can be done with Body (No Equipment) Exercises, Dumbbell exercises, weightlifting exercises, machine exercises and many more.
According to muscle groups; You can view chest exercises, shoulder exercises, 6 pack abdominal exercises, leg exercises, arm exercises, neck exercises.
You can also train simultaneously thanks to the training programs. Choose your focus area, training program by level and duration and start exercising! Whether you want to lose weight or have a muscular body, you can use training programs. Since the training programs run simultaneously, they give you a rest period after you work out and you can see the next exercise during this time. Almost like a personal trainer!
At the end of your workout, you can see the amount of kcal you burned and how long it took you. You can follow the amount of calories you burn daily from your Profile graphically. You can see how much weight you lost by entering your weight on a daily basis from the Weight section of your Profile. You can find out your Body Mass Index according to your height and weight.
