The app is not working. ,,Sorry, there was a problem grabbing your account information,, - this what i see after another one time deleting and restoring the app. In last three days I've seen this message - ,,A PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED. We'll take a look at this shortly, in the meantime please try refreshing the page." Your app is not accessible. If your company can't fix the problem for 4 days, than, probably, i will have to switch to another energy provider.
