Used to be okay. Then difficult after the re-design but meh--I had to force close and reopen about half the time. Now it doesn't work. Cleared cache and data, reinstalled, etc. I can only manage my music with a desktop app. Sonos went from amazing to unbearable way fast. UPDATE: After the 22 July update, it connects to my system again and is usable. +2 stars

This is written after the July 18 2024 update, and the app is still missing on the basic features required for Sonos functionality. The app is terrible at adding or removing speakers from a group that is playing. The volume is control is entirely non functioning. The app will indicate a speaker is in a group and playing, but it isn't. The app will bounce around between a previous sessions streaming choice and what you are attempting to play now, and yet will not actually be playing anything.

Failed update. Local library is gone, cannot figure where to add it. Tons of errors. Won't recognize system 3 out of 4 times. Spotify doesn't show any speakers anymore. Anyone want to buy a complete system? July update 2024: still worthless. Updates to even Open it, and then I can't access anything, find or manage it system, navigate THE HORRIBLE MENUS. Or I'm over 40 now so don't get things. Either way, back to the Marantz and Klipsch system from the early 80s and some basic hard-drives.
