แย่มากไป หักเงินโดยไม่แจ้งเตือน แถมยังดึงผ่านบัญชีธนาคารโดย การเติมเงินผ่าน shoppee play แล้วประวัติการเติมก็ไม่มี มีแต่ประวัติการจ่าย ยอมใจจริงๆ ขอเงินคืนก็ไม่ได้

เมื่อก่อน ผมมองว่า Norton เป็นเพียง App ที่แค่กำจัดไวรัส เพราะครั้งหนึ่งเมื่อนานมาแล้วที่หน่วยงานผมเลือกใช้ ผมคิดผิดมาโดยตลอด ทั้งๆที่ผมไม่ใช่ลูกค้าของเขา เป็นเพียงผู้ทดลองใช้งานเพียงเท่านั้น เขา(ทีมงานบริษัทแห่งนี้) ช่วยชีวิตผมครับ จากกลุ่มที่ไม่หวังดีทางอินเตอร์เน็ต มันอาจดูเป็นเรื่องไกลตัวสำหรับชาวไทย แต่ผมขอสาบานว่านี่ มันเกิดขึ้นจริงกับผม, จากคนๆนึง ที่สิ้นหวังในชีวิต เคยคิดแม้แต่จะฆ่าตัวตายเพื่อหนีออกจากสิ่งเหล่านั้น จากลูกผู้ชายคนนี้ ผมพูดได้เพียงว่า "ผมขอ ขอบคุณ จากหัวใจที่ผมมีครับ"
