Continuous capacity development of all officials is one of the top most priorities of BBL Management to aid the ultimate strategic goal and vision of the bank. This application name BRAC Bank Limited Alternate Learning Outlet (BBL ALO) has been introduced in such context.

User group of this application is all Full Time Employees of BRAC Bank Limited. They will take part in self-paced learning courses in sequential design focusing on areas ranging from regulatory compliance, technical competence to soft skills development. Said self-paced courses will contain in-course mock assessment and summative certification tests upon passing which users will get to download certificates. Other features of this application are Learning Hours (open ended brief courses), External Courses, E-Library for learning resources and Forum for interaction within user community.

This application is expected to make organizational learning interventions of BRAC Bank Ltd more flexible, user oriented and impactful.
