I have been using this app for more than 3 years. Honestly, I have never seen such a slow app in any other bank. By the time I manage to log in to this app, I can log in to another bank’s app, complete an NPSB transfer, and log out. The login process keeps loading endlessly, and most of the time there is always some kind of issue. On top of that, logging in on a PC requires first logging into the mobile app, then scanning a QR code

Very slow. Needs user name and password to access which is tiresome at time of urgency. Would be easier if we could use only pin or fingerprint to open app. Recently showing error messages on everything I click on 1st try. Again, very slow. Frustrating.

Providing username and password every time is damn annoying, there should be an option to save the login details and use a PIN for quick access. Email notifications are unnecessary as well. UI from the 90s. Even Janata Bank has a better app, shame to the dev team.
