I have been experiencing excellent banking services with BRAC Bank for the last 6 years. But the app is so laggy, so please fix it as soon as possible. Please add a feature to enable or disable foreign transactions for debit cards directly through the app. Additionally, some features need better reorganization for improved usability. The Desco prepaid bill pay feature is missing… I will give 5 stars if they fix these issues. Thanks.

This app is more than a bank of bugs. They are always prepared for take there all kind of charge timely but when it comes to provide service they become as like there apps. It’s take more than 30 sec to change any menu. They are mostly raised bank in BD but I think they developer their app by intern or trainee. Their some customer care person doesn’t provide satisfied service both in phone & branch. Recently their toll free service alongside app doesn’t working.
