Ratings and reviews

This app is very well designed. Almost all the banking tasks can be done without any hassle. But one drawback that annoys me most is the loading time. It takes quite longer time to jump in one page to another page. Please solve this issue. I think many of the users think the same as I do.

The app is user friendly and useful. In my opinion, one really important feature is missing on the app. Enable/Disable foreign transaction part of debit cards. This feature is available on internet banking apps of many other banks. So I would like to request the devs to consider adding this feature in next release.

Edit: Issue fixed, Back to 5 stars, I'd give 4.5 stars just because the app is unusable with VPN. Sometimes we need VPN while travelling abroad (insecure public wifi/geo blockings etc) and email OTP should be default. After last update after I log in it kicks back to Google play! Whaddaheq is this? Review dropped to 1 star till it's fixed. One of the best banking app I used, But after last update it doesn't even start, gives me a blank screen. Used on both my Poco x3 pro & Redmi K60. Please fix.
