I have been using this app for more than 3 years. Honestly, I have never seen such a slow app in any other bank. By the time I manage to log in to this app, I can log in to another bank’s app, complete an NPSB transfer, and log out. The login process keeps loading endlessly, and most of the time there is always some kind of issue. On top of that, logging in on a PC requires first logging into the mobile app, then scanning a QR code

Bad experience, very bad experience. I have a corporate account. For the last 2-3 months, when using this app, I cannot complete the transaction in one go. It always shows "unable to process, try again." I thought it was my iPhone having issues, so I switched to Android, but I still have the same problem. I talked to a customer care agent yesterday, and I think I received someone who was not from this planet.

Very slow. Needs user name and password to access which is tiresome at time of urgency. Would be easier if we could use only pin or fingerprint to open app. Recently showing error messages on everything I click on 1st try. Again, very slow. Frustrating.
