I'm Alyssia (A-Lee-Sha).

I am a down-to-earth, humble, badass woman who is strong, independent, and stands up for what she believes in.

It is completely normal and natural to sometimes feel helpless, depressed, or downright defeated by the craziness that occurs in our lives. Life will ALWAYS be filled with ups and downs, it is inevitable. A regular yoga practice can teach you how to remain rooted and grounded so that you can better deal with anything that comes your way.

My goal is to provide you with shelter where you can take time for yourself so that you can acquire any needs that you are lacking mentally, physically, and spiritually. You truly are the gatekeeper of your energy.

Yoga is an outlet where we can stay connected to our true genuine and authentic self. It is truly a journey of yourself through thyself.
