only choice in my area, always on an outage, overhighed prices. forced to upgrade the app, but the app has nothing new.

Cox gets outage in my area at least 6 times a month (2-8hours outage) for no reason. This app doesn't send any notification in advance. Why should I download this app? No complaint button, no customer service. Do not download this trash app and do not consider cox Internet service if you are in new orleans area.
