Ratings and reviews

This app is just as bad as Cox Homelife app. Many times, it takes multiple attempts to Change the Thermostats Temperature or even turn it off. It also doesn't always connect even when you WiFi signal is great. If I could change out this system, I would, for the same reason I canceled my Cox Homelife. The Apps are more troublesome and don't work when you need them

App keeps crashing. And now doesn't work at all :⁠-⁠( . What's the point of being charged for the service when you can't use it in your home,??? Extremely frustrating 😞😡

Devices don't tell me what they're current setting is. Door always says unlocked when it's not. Lights always say on even if they're off. So what's the point?
