不是很公平公正的平台，平台佣金最高可达30% 对司机来说并不够友好。而且有时分配的订单距离和收入完全不成正比。平台给顾客的优惠折扣，损失的收入差价竟然要司机来承担。意思就是便宜的单，收入就更少。平台抽佣的那部分还是一样。

有时地图延迟，好喜欢带司机转圈圈，3公里变5公里，这样形成了耗油的情况发生，希望得到改善，谢谢

最近贵公司的系统更改了很差有时还要被逼我们要按五个星才可以结受投诉。却没有办法及时联络贵公司的电话或电线人员 。系统内的反应没了华語很难做投诉 過路费有時又沒有自动加在價錢表格內 价钱也最近很低价。不达标 希望贵公司能做个双赢的价格，会对司机，顾客也很好。
