I-Hydration-Tracker ikusiza ukuthi wakhe umkhuba wokuthola amanzi ahlanzekile ngendlela enempilo ngohlelo oluqondene nomzimba wakho nendlela yakho yokuphila.

UHLELO LOKUTHOLA AMANZI OLWENZEKILE
Setha ngaphansi komzuzu. Ibhodlela Lamanzi libala amanzi owaphuza nsuku zonke afanele ngokusekelwe esisindweni sakho, ukuphakama, ubudala, izinga lomsebenzi, kanye nesimo sezulu. Umgomo wakho ulungisa ngokuzenzakalelayo uma ubuyekeza iphrofayela yakho.

IZIKHUMBUZO EZIHLAKANIPHILE
- Izikhumbuzi kuphela ngesikhathi sokuvuka kwakho
