I can’t believe how poor Etisalat’s mobile and data services have been in JVC for years, and they just keep getting worse. At home, I constantly struggle to find a signal just to make a call. The moment I step into the elevator, the signal completely drops, and once I leave the building, I have to switch my phone to airplane mode and back again to reconnect. Support channels are useless, and afterward, they still ask for a rating. I’m sure the only response I’ll get "sorry to hear that"

"Etisalat's network coverage has been reliable for me, and their customer support team is responsive. However, I've experienced some issues with billing accuracy. Overall, it's a good service provider, but there's room for improvement."

its an good app but the customer service is disappointing couldn't update the license on the portal for 1 year and the portal are terrible can't even show anything after login even clearing cookies and cache won't work.
