Disappointed in their customer services. They've delivered the wrong product ordered directly from their website - on raising an enquiry, i get a hasted response brushing it off and rejecting a refund. Later I get a heartfelt email assuring a review and then radio silence for over a month. I'm done with Sephora, there are many other options in Uae for me and those with way better services and carr than this

very slow app with alot of errors . order with gift wrapping and special message and came with normal delivery box without anything!

I spent one hour searching and shopping at the end the items are out of stock 🙃
